2023 Toyota Tacoma

For the six trim levels in the Toyota Tacoma's 2023 range, there are two potent engine options available. The standard engine for the Tacoma's SR and SR5 trims is a reliable 2.7-liter four-cylinder, which delivers 159 horsepower, and 180 lb-ft of torque. The second option is an available feature for the SR and SR5, but standard on the other four trim levels in the range. This is the 3.5-liter V6, which kicks things up a notch with its output of 278 horsepower, and 265 lb-ft of torque. No matter which of these two engines you choose, you'll be treated to a six-speed automatic transmission as standard equipment. However, the V6 also offers an available six-speed manual on certain trim levels. If you're looking for maximum sportiness, you'll find it in the TRD Off-Road trim, which offers Bilstein shocks, an off-road traction management system, and locking differentials. When properly equipped, the Tacoma can tow up to 6,800 pounds.

The Toyota Tacoma has a wealth of exciting features, both inside and out. For the truck bed, you'll find a high-strength composite material, eliminating the need for bedliner. The Tacoma's SR is the most utilitarian trim, offering features like 16-inch wheels, a sliding rear window, and heated side mirrors. Up next, there's the SR5, which is featuring two new appearance packages for this year, the SX, and the Chrome. These offer unique details to the exterior, giving you more options as to which Tacoma model best suits yout style. Up next on the list, there's the TRD Sport, a performance-oriented model with features like a hood scoop, and sport suspension. This is followed by the TRD Off-Road, with its more rugged approach. Next, there's the Limited, with its 18-inch wheels, LED headlights, and leather-trimmed seats. Last but not least, the TRD Pro takes the basic design of the Off-Road, but adds a thicker skid plate, more athletic approach and departure angle, and more.

Aside from all the exciting appearance features the Tacoma has to offer, there's also a wealth of tech features that make the overall experience behind the wheel that much more enjoyable! Starting with the SR, you'll find features like a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen, smartphone connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an on-board Wi-Fi hotspot. Other features include a six-speaker sound system, and three USB ports throughout the cabin. The SR5 adds a larger 8-inch touchscreen, while the TRD Sport offers a wireless smartphone charging pad. The Limited trim adds a number of advanced tech features, including a premium JBL sound system, a 360-degree surround-view camera, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a built-in navigation system. In terms of safety features, the Limited and TRD Pro offer blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors, and more!
